Settler's Cabin
The old cabin is now open to the public during museum hours. Simply ask the museum docent to unlock the cabin for you if you want to see it. You can read more about the cabin here.

Vintage Fisher-Price Toys
Temporary exhibit
Bruce Fox, a salesman for Fisher-Price for many years and the company's historian, has a display of his Disney and circus toys that will be in the museum through the end of February. At the first of March, he will replace the contents with Fisher Price toys from his Easter collection, which will be on display through the end of April.  Come in and see them! He will give a presentation about this exhibit on Saturday, April 4 at 2:00 pm.

Bella Vista Civil War Roundtable
Thursday, March 5, 2020 - 7:00 pm

Our Roundtable continues to meet the first Thursday evening of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the museum.  If you would like to get on their mailing list to be informed of future speakers, please contact Chuck Pribbernow at cnpribb@yahoo.com. The next meeting, on Thursday, March 5, will be Brad Davenport speaking on the Last Battle of the Civil War.

Historic Sites Driving Tour
Friday, March 20, 2020 - 12:30 pm

Dale Phillips will lead a tour of a number of Bella Vista's historic sites. This is a must-see tour, if you live in Bella Vista as it will give you a new appreciation for our wonderful community. Everyone will meet at the Bella Vista Historical Museum at 12:30 and divide into carpool vehicles before leaving at 1 pm. The tour will return to the museum around 4-5 pm. This is a fundraiser for the museum, so the cost is $15 for an individual and $25 for two people. To sign up, please contact Dale via email here.

Vintage Fisher-Price Toys Presentation

Bruce Fox, who was a salesman and the historian for Fisher-Price for many years, will give a talk about his toy collection. The presentation is free and open to the public.

Citywide Garage Sale
Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25, 2020

The museum will be renting spaces in front of the museum to garage sale vendors. We did this in 2019 and it was very successful. Stop by and see what they have for sale!

Mark Twain
