Thank you for your interest in the Pickle for Preservation tournament! We have four goals for this event:

1. Raise awareness of the Museum

2. Raise funds for the expansion of the Museum

3. Show off some of the beautiful pickleball facilities in our community

4. Bring together *Bella Vista and outside pickleball players for a good time getting to know each other and have some fun!

We're offering several **brackets (and divisions within brackets) to allow fair play, and to give everyone an opportunity to participate. As the early round(s) are Round Robin, you are guaranteed to play in at least 3 games. Regardless of your skill level we're sure you'll enjoy getting some exercise and having some fun! In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the weekend of October 11/12. All registered players will receive an event t-shirt and participation medal.

Tournament Format/Rules:

  • The time listed for each bracket/division may be adjusted after registration closes to account for number of participants and court capacity.

  • Early rounds will be pool play, round robin, games to 11 win by 1, with a 20 minute time limit.

  • Final rounds (4 teams per division/bracket) will be single elimination, games to 15 win by 2, with no time limit.

  • All brackets/divisions will have early round pool play to determine final round teams and seeding. Seeding then places teams into a bracket for a single elimination tournament on the second day.

  • Games will be self-refed. No lets. Foot fouls can be called by either side/team. Ball in/out called by respective sides.

  • All disputes will be decided by the Pickleball Director.

We will also be hosting a Silent Auction and Raffle during the two day event. Check back often for details.

Hope to see you there!
